Christian Soul Care for Emotional Maturity, and Relational Wholeness
Restoration Soul Care provides faith-based coaching, workshops, and training for individuals, couples, and church leaders navigating emotional pain, relational disconnection, and the patterns that keep them stuck. Our work integrates Christian theology, emotional health, and neuroscience to address what’s driving the struggle—whether that shows up as pornography use, sexual compulsivity, or emotional numbing—so change is deeper, steadier, and sustainable.

Deeper Understanding. Lasting Change.
These articles reflect how we approach recovery - addressing the roots of behavior, not just managing symptoms.
Pornography is rarely the root issue. This article explores how unwanted sexual behavior often points to deeper emotional, relational, and spiritual needs — and why real recovery starts there.
Porn is Not the Problem
Why Accountability Alone Doesn’t Lead to Lasting Change
Many people try harder and fail again. This piece explains why accountability without deeper work often collapses and what actually supports sustainable transformation.
You Can’t Heal Porn Addiction Alone: Why Community Is the Cure in Recovery
Porn recovery succeeds only in honest, sacrificial, Christ-centered community. This article explains why healing requires real people, shared life, and relational presence, and how God designed recovery to happen together, not alone.
God is in the business of restoration.
God doesn’t throw away what’s been damaged. From the beginning, His work has always been about restoring what’s been wounded not bypassing it, not covering it up, but meeting it with truth and care. That conviction shapes everything we do.
At Restoration Soul Care, we walk with individuals, couples, and church leaders who are carrying real struggles like pornography, sexual shame, emotional pain, relational breakdown, and spiritual disconnection. We don’t believe change comes from trying harder or managing behavior. It comes from slowing down long enough to understand what’s actually driving the struggle and responding to it wisely.
This work grew out of years of pastoral care and long conversations with people who were tired of surface answers. Restoration Soul Care exists to help people face hard realities honestly without shame, without shortcuts and to move toward healing that lasts.
We are grounded in Christian theology, neuroscience, and relational soul care.

What Healing Looks Like
“It was so easy to connect with Michael, he made me feel so comfortable opening up about things I’ve never shared with anyone else. It’s hard to describe just how much he’s helped me, so I just recommend him to everyone.”
— Client
“My time with Michael has been a wonderful mixture of challenge and comfort. The Lord has used Michael's presence and questions to lead to healthy personal reflection that has brought about a greater love and dependency upon the Lord. I am excited to continue to walk with Michael through my life as a pastor.”
— Brad
“Having Micheal as my recovery coach has been the best investment I have ever made. Michael has helped me understand that pornography is a symptom of deeper issues. Throughout this process, I am learning not how to fight pornography, but why I used it in the first place.
I am learning that sobriety is more about connection, honesty, and living a fruitful life. Rather than constantly fighting or running from pornography.”
— Client
“Michael does not rush me in my sessions with him, and he shows sincere care when discussing my specific challenges. He’s both knowledgeable and discerning, but also faithful to Scripture, which has been extremely important to me when receiving Christian coaching.”
— Client
“Working with Nick these past few years has been a pleasure. His loving and caring personality has been comforting. He treats me as a friend and not just as another client. Nick’s approach is encouraging and sincere as he guides and challenges me. His love for the Lord is obvious and he is working to strengthen and further God’s Kingdom. I would recommend Nick to anyone.”
