Who We Are

Meet Michael

Michael grew up in a small church just outside of Louisville, Kentucky. When he was 19 he began attending Boyce College at Southern Seminary where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Counseling. Michael has served in various church ministry roles including Student Pastor, Lay Elder, and Counseling Pastor. He has completed CrossPoint Ministry’s 2-year Soul Care Institute training and has earned a PMAP (Pastor Multiple Addiction Professional) credential from the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals in Sex Addiction as well as Internet, Video Games, and Technology addiction. He is an active soul care provider in the CrossPoint Soul Care Network.

Michael is passionate about seeing people thrive in life, relationships, and ministry and helping men overcome unwanted sexual behavior.

He enjoys golf, reading, and goofing off with his family. He and his wife Kristin are foster and adoptive parents in Louisville where they live with their three daughters and Jax’s girlfriend Lulu.

Meet Nick

Nick hails from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. He is a graduate of Southern Seminary and served as a pastor for over 10 years. His experience of gracious care through the church made him passionate about walking with others who have messy stories. He is a certified PSAP (Pastoral Sexual Addiction Professional) with the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals and a Board Certified Mental Health Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors. 

 

Nick loves metal music, ice hockey, and adventuring outdoors. He and his wife, Ali, have three beautiful daughters and a crazy dog named Jax.
